- Formal and informal language
- Opening and closing emails
- Making a follow-up call
- Arranging to meet
- Exchanging contact details
- Making small talk
- Exiting a conversation
- Presentations: The start, the finish and structuring
- Presentations: Connect with your audience – techniques

Block 2
THE POWER CONTACTS - 2 dni

- Asking for and giving an update
- Making and responding to suggestions
- Catching up with colleagues
- Giving news by email
- Dealing with attachments
- Invitations and directions
- Presenting an idea, product or service
- Thanking and responding
- Presentations: Use visuals to connect
- Presentations: Presenting numbers and trends

Block 3
TOP UP YOUR TECHNIQUES - 2 dni

- Dealing with customers
- Checking understanding by email
- A customer-supplier sequence
- Reassuring and sympathizing
- Responding to spontaneous invitations
- Participating in decision-making meetings
- Talking about social plans
- Apologising and responding
- Making and responding to quick requests
- Presentations: Be positive (power words- The Yale 12, common power words)
- Presentations: Be dramatic (techniques- simile, metaphor and analogy, storytelling, anecdote, self disclosure)

Block 4
FINE TUNE AND PUT IT TO THE TEST- 2 dni

- Asking about work and life
- Avoiding saying no
- Teleconferencing
- Explaining procedures
- Dealing with situations on the phone
- Being negative diplomatically
- Making people feel relaxed
- Talking about taking time off
- Presentations: Love your audience...not everyone is like you (left and right brain, representational systems, multiple intelligences, personality types)
- Presentations: Q&A
